What Strength Training Systems is all about?

Football Speed Agility Quickness
Strength Training Systems caters for all Football athletes looking to take their physical performance to the elite level. Sessions are specific to the demands of Football and can be tailored toward improving their relative strength and power output and/or their sprint and change of direction speed. We provide a personalised approach to coaching and programming that is delivered in private and semi-private groups focusing on Speed Agility and Quickness.
Typical SAQ session outline:
- Core and glute activation
- Speed specific technique drills
- Agility game
- Plyometrics/jumping/landing mechanics
- Speed work
- Agility/Change of direction drills

Football Explosive Power & Strength
Explosive Power & Strength sessions are designed to complement their Speed Agility Quickness sessions by developing their strength and power specific to the demands of Football through the use of lifting weights

Who are we?
Strength Training Systems is a business that is primarily focused on improving all individuals health and fitness related goals in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Tim Jackson is principle owner and coach. Currently, Tim plays for Gold Coast City FC First XI in the National Premier League (NPL) competition and has a huge passion in strength and conditioning. Tim has represented Northern NSW at Nationals in U14s and U15s and has played several years in the Brisbane Premier League with QLD Lions and Brisbane Wolves.
